OnDeck Events interacts directly with cruise lines to identify the best ship, itinerary and options to meet our customer’s objectives. We prepare the All-Inclusive quote with specific event and venue options, as well as key terms and timelines. In the end, our customers select the cruise ship and OnDeck Events negotiates the final agreement in close cooperation with the cruise lines.
MICE event planning & LOGISTICS
It is now time to plan and move forward with planning for the grand event. OnDeck Events works closely with our customers at every step of the way to ensure each critical event element is carefully planned, scheduled, outlined and managed. We work closely with the cruise line’s shore and shipboard teams to ensure all events and activities fall into place in order to meet our customer’s expectations.
